Are they helpful? If your using an ovulation kit is it recommended to do this too? Just starting looking into but I thought many of you moms would have experiences.
I asked a question about the opk and several women said to temp too...because you should test twice a day, plus you could also have missed your surge...so I plan on temping now...I'll take their advice
Temping is the only way to see if you ovulated... OPKS only measure LH and when you are trying to ovulate so temping/charting is an excellent tool. Most ladies on here use fertilityfriend.com and their app. It is free for the basic tools that you need and they have awesome free tutorials that will teach you alot! Most ladies use Temping and OPKS.... Opks to see when they are about to ovulate so they can time sex and then temping to verify they did etc...Good luck!
