For a 12yo girl. She has a funky style...not girly, but not tomboy. I want to spend $20-25. I got her a Target gift card for her bday in July, so not there. I don't want to have to ask the mom.

You could get her a starter makeup kit since those can be basic, nail polish, or a bath and body works set.
