Red raspberry leaf capsules?

Has anyone used them? A friend of mine recommended them for both me and my DH. I might just give them a try!

Ditto all of this.  It hasn't had a noticable impact on my body in any way but I do it because it doesn't appear to be hurting anything.  And I'm always cold so drinking hot stuff is my friend.

I drink a Red Raspberry leaf infusion.  I order the raw leaves online from a nutrition store through amazon.  I put about an ounce of the leaves in a quart sized mason jar and add boiling water.  I let it sit for at least 8 hours before straining out the leaves.  Then I sip on it all day.  I do this with a few other teas, too.  The herbal infusions were extremely helpful for conceiving my son, so I'm a believer.
