Low grade fever

So LO has been running a low grade fever for about 5 days now. He did have a virus as of last Monday at the pedi (pink eye!) but no fever. It hasn't gone over 101 and all of his "symptoms" are gone. He is teething and cutting like 3 teeth but I don't want to just assume his fever is teething related. He's super fussy today but not pulling his ear or anything. I just don't know if I should call the Dr.

If it's gone over 100.4 and has lasted more than 3-5 days I would go to the doctor, but I'm a nervous nelly with these things!
