Freezer meals...NBR

For the ladies who make meals ahead of time and freeze them...I have a question.

For oven meals (ie. mac n cheese, lasagne or a quiche)...do you: 

A) bake it before freezing,  and bake it again when ready to eat, or;

B )prepare everything so it's ready for baking but freeze it unbaked

Mostly B.  You run of the risk of it drying out if it's prebaked.
