I imagine your son will enjoy the kitchen play set. Children this age love to practice what they see. It helps them learn. That is why make believe is such a big deal for them.
My son is getting one of the kidkraft kitchen sets for Xmas. He is also getting the fisher price tool table or whatever it's called. He loves the kitchen set at school and it never once crossed my mind that it was not a boys toy until this post. I am super excited for him to have the kitchen set as I know he will love it. I'm glad I married a man who is excited about it too.
