Gas and fussy

My four month old gets fussy when pooping and passing gas. He has always been like this. Has anyone had this before and also what helps? My doctor does not seem to be concerned about it but I feel bad when he just crys and crys until he finally poops.

    This helps with my LO's gas a lot as well. We also put gas drops in 2 bottles a day and that seems to help prevent it.
