Pregnitude

Any have success with this?  I emailed me RE today and asked if he had any issue with me giving it a goal next cycle.  I have read online it can help with PCOS.

Me: 35   DH:  29

TTC:  Since 10-31-2007

Dx:  Me: PCOS, an-ovulation    DH:  Nothing so far

2007-2011 - Tried Clomid, Ovidrel Trigger with TI -BFN

11/2013 - back to RE for new plan.

Cycle 1: Letrozole cd3-7; U/S cd12 (27mm left); ovidrel trigger; progesterone test and suppositories - BFN

HSG- 12/16/13 - clear and "Beautiful" per Dr. Attaran

Cycle 2- Letrozole cd3-7, ovidrel trigger, progesterone test and suppositories-BFN

BENCHED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

    I don't have a success story but I too have PCOS and started this last week so I hope to have one soon. Good luck to you!

    BFP 6/29/2013 - EDD 3/16/14 - MMC 9/5/2013
    Diagnosed with PCOS and taking metformin 750 mg  twice a day
    April 2014 -  - 1st ICI Cycle - BFP 5/15/14 EDD: 1/20/15
    A/S 8-22-14 - Its a BOY!!
    12/15 Checkup & heard his beautiful heartbeat

    I don't think you'll find too many success stories here....but my RE recommended Pregnitude (I also have PCOS), so I'm sure it helps some women. Hopefully it will help you as well!

    DH (29) & Me (26) - Married 9/22/2012
    TTC since 9/2012
    Dx - Annovulatory; PCOS-IR

    8/2013 - First consult with RE
    9/2013 - HSG, SHG both clear; SA normal
    Oct 2013 - Jan 2014 - Clomid + Trigger + IUI #1-3 = BFN's
    Feb 2014 - Femara + Trigger + IUI #4 = BFP!!!!!
    Beta #1 - 3/2/14 (15dpo) - 123
    Beta #2 - 3/4/14 (17dpo) - 378
    1st ultrasound - 3/21/14 - 1 little ninja, heartbeat - 120bpm
    Due November 7, 2014

    While not a success story, I have been on it for three months (two bench cycles and now a med cycle).  I had a natural cycle on the Pregnitute (first in over fifteen years) and this med cycle went so much better.  Now, each med cycle is different but the side effects have been so much less and my folicles grew faster.

    I guess I need to clarify. I meant success with ovulation. I haven't o'd on my own in years.

    I have been thinking about this a lot.  Maybe I should e-mail my RE too.  I am benched so I feel like it would be a great time to start it!

    Me-30 DH-34
    2002- Diagnosed with PCOS at 18
    10/11-10/12 - tried to conceive naturally with Metformin, due to PCOS never had a cycle
    10/12-12/12 3 cycles of Clomid - fail
    6/13- 1st cycle on Clomid 50mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel- BFN
    7/13 2nd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 1st IUI - BFN
    8/13 3rd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 2nd IUI - BFN
    9/13 4th cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel - Benched with Cysts
    From 12/13 to current I have ovulated 4 times naturally
    Currently on break to get healthy.... 35 pounds down, 13 to go!

    I'm taking it now to prep for IVF. I know that's not what you're asking about, BUT my RE is cited in some articles about it (Dr. Roseff) and he typically makes people do pregnitude for a few months before even starting clomid. I went to him after taking a round of clomid and wasn't ready to back track, but he has nothing but positive things to say about it.
    Me (31) - PCOS with insulin resistance

    4 rounds of Clomid = no response
    IVF # 1 - ET (1 3AA, 4 frosties): 12/22 = BFP
    EDD: 9/9/2014
