Swing set

We were planning on getting a swim set for this summer. Dd will only be 20 months and we will have a newborn. I saw this deal at toysrus for Black Friday. This swing set is on sale for 379$ it is 150$ off list price so it is a good deal. But I started thinking about so you think she will still be too young to really play on it? We can attach a baby swing but I am wondering if I should get a smaller plastic climber thing with a tiny slide for this summer and wait another year or 2 on the big swing set. I don't want it just sitting outside if we're not ready for it. Thoughts? Here is a pic of the one on sale this Friday.

This is just my opinion. I don't want to be hovering over the kids while we are playing in the backyard and I am just now trusting James (almost 3) to play at the playground without me standing behind him on the stairs or near the open parts. So, I don't plan to get a swing set until they are a little older and I can leave them to play in the backyard and I can sit on the porch and watch.
