Opinions on my {long} short list..

We just found out we're expecting. All middles are family names, although I'm not really attached to any of them specifically. Last name is Palmer.

I would pick Norah Quinn or Norah Lisette. For boys I like Rhett, Luke, and Jameson (for mn only)

I'm sorry, all of your girls names are NMS.

I like all of your boy names, which the exception of Ward. Psych ward, sick ward, are associations that come to mind. That and Ward Cleaver :P.

Norah is the only girl name I like but I really like it.
I love Rhett, if I didn't have a Rhys I'd use it, also really like Luke and Reid.

I like Reid and Faye the most. Faye was actually on our list.

From your girls' list, I LOVE Greer and Faye. I think Faye is really underrated as a FN (It's actually my sister's MN, but we call her by it a lot. It's cute). Greer is very Old Hollywood, which I always like.

Quinn and Fallon are okay. I'm kind of over Quinn already. I want to like Fallon more than I do. It's my style of name, but it just makes me think of fangs and talons.

Norah is a fine name, but NMS. I can't get over the /nor/ sound in it, which I find really harsh and unattractive.

From your boys' list, I really like Rhett, Reid, Luke and Silas. Rhett is probably my favorite, but Silas is a close second.

Levi is fine, just NMS.

I like the sound of Ward, but I don't think it's a particularly attractive/pleasant name. It brings to mind prison wardens and wards of the state.

I love Norah and I have a soft spot for Quinn on a girl. My college age babysitter is a girl named Quinn and she is beautiful and sweet so I have a very positive association.

I love Reid (I have a Reed) and I like Silas and Levi a lot.

Like your boy names much better than your girl names. Reid is great. I do like one name from your girl list-Eloise.

Norah & Reid are my favourites. I'm not usually a big unisex name fan but I really like Greer too. I also like Fallon. I like Luke, Levi, and Silas on the boy list as well, but not as much as I love Reid.

The only girls names I like are:

Quinn Eloise
Norah Faye *though I prefer Nora

These are both lovely, I lean towards Nora Faye.

Your boys names are really nice, I very much dislike Ward but the rest are great! 
I much prefer Anthony as MN no matter the FN. Top FN are Reid, Levi, & Silas

Fallon Lisette - I love Lisette.  Fallon has never done much for me.
Greer Eloise - Eloise is so pretty.  Greer is just hard to say IMO
Quinn Eloise - I love this. Quinn is the sweetest!
Norah Faye - Norah is alright. I really dislike Faye
Faye Lisette - What about Lisette for a first name?

Boys:

Ward Jameson - Ward reminds me of abandoned children (ward of the state) and Jameson I just think whiskey.  I prefer James
Rhett Anthony - Love Rhett and Anthony!
Reid Glennon - I know three babies names Reid recently, I wonder about the popularity. Glennon is weird family name or not.
Luke Anthony - I like Anthony Luke better.  Luke is a little boring.
Levi Glennon - Meh.
Silas Anthony - My favorite. Love Silas.
