Dont be! DD is very similar to yours, she was 8lbs 10oz at birth and is just a little over 11.5 lbs now at 12 weeks, so only 3 lbs gained. she took 4 weeks to get back to her birth weight. She is just a petite peanut. My DS was 18.5 lbs at 4 month appt and started at 7lbs 12. All babies are different! Even those from the same gene pool lol.

And really, in the long run, nobody cares how big or small your baby is except for...well, you. All that matters is that their own growth curve is progressing well!
I remember as a FTM I was always comparing ds1 though. It's hard not to.
She was 8.3 at birth she's now 13.8 @ 13 weeks old.

They started out 5 and 5 8 and weigh around 13 now - one a little less and one a little more. They've stayed about a half pound apart.
They're also almost 5 mo old.
My first, full term, started out at 6lbs. He weighed 9lbs at one month, 13lbs at 2 months, and 16ish lbs at 4mo. He was a chunk.
