    Hope everyone's Friday is good!!!!

I am chugging along at 29 weeks 3 days.  The past several days I have had tons of pressure and pain in my belly.  Went to the OB yesterday for a check up and she said its muscular and to try a support belt.  Will be making DH take me to the mall this weekend to get one at Motherhood Maternity.

I'm also finding that the littlest task is leaving me completely out of breath and exhausted.  (loading dishwasher, sweeping the floor, etc...).  I feel like an 90 year old woman.  The OB said it's because my body is measuring 36 weeks and thinks it is that far along.  Yikes!

We scheduled my c section for January 7th at 9:30!!!!!  I'm amazed it is officially scheduled and nervous and scared and excited at the same time.  Boys will be 36 weeks that day so hoping they don't need NICU time and can come home with us.

QOTW:  My father in law recently moved over an hour away.  He used to be 20 minutes away so we used to visit both sets of parents for each holiday.  This Thanksgiving I think its too much to do both so since he just moved into a new house we'll just be going down there to visit with him for a few hours.  I'm a bit nervous because i'm sooooo exhausted but hopefully can hang in there and lay on the couch down there.

My favorite holiday food (aside from cookies, pumpkin pie, and sweet stuff!) is probably cranberry sauce!!!! I only like the canned kind that doesn't have cranberries in it though (weird, I know).

29 weeks today and feeling fine, but I'm not happy that I'm stuck here at my OB's office all morning for the 3 hour GTT since I failed the 1 hour last week. 15 mins. to go...and Fx that I pass.

QOTW: This year will be an odd Thanksgivingkkah celebration at my sister's house across town. We're having Turkey with latkes. (I'm bummed to be missing brisket).

35 weeks today. I have a lot to update! We went to the ob earlier this week for an u/s where he discovered baby B wasn't growing well anymore. He sent us to the MFM for confirmation. At that appointment, my blood pressure was sky high (very rare for me) so they walked me straight to L&D. I then discovered I was having contractions 2-5 min apart. They checked me and I am 2 cm dilated and basically have no cervix left. They monitored me overnight and nothing changed (other than my blood pressure...it went down early on) so now I'm home for now. I go in Monday morning for a NST and then we will decide what happens. Either way, I will be having these babies on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday next week (per MFM recommendation). Hoping they come out healthy, although baby b is tiny. So please send lots of thoughts and prayers our way for an uneventful delivery and hospital stay!

Qotw: Obviously, it looks like I will be in the hospital for thanksgiving, so hopefully I can get my mom to bring me some food! I love pie...but not the traditional pumpkin or pecan...my mom makes a delicious chocolate meringue pie and I can't wait to eat some!
TTC #3 (#1 for DH) since September 2011. DX: Unexplained infertility with possible cervical factor. @kimberm0511 - good luck with everything next week!  Sending big T's & P's your way!

Ahh I can't believe I am next up on the list now that KK had her baby!

38.5 weeks today and it is my last day of work as I am headed out on maternity leave!  I have been having weekly NSTs on Fridays and MFM ultrasounds on Tuesdays because I was diagnosed IUGR since the baby is weighing in under the 10th percentile in weight.  We got good news at Tuesday's ultrasound that she is up to 5 lbs 4 oz and they will let her stay inside me a bit longer as she seems to be growing ok on the inside.

I am really hoping to go into labor naturally instead of being induced if I go late or if they decide she would grow better on the outside.

QOTW: I love stuffing!  We are going to my brother and SIL's for Thanksgiving (same town we live in) and they do both bread and potato stuffing - can't wait!

Kimberm0511- lots of positive thoughts coming your way!

I am 31w3d today. I had a follow-up appointment yesterday with my OB after the hospital stay and she confirmed I am on bed rest from here out. I am also on antibiotics for a UTI and contractions seem to be less frequent which is good. Unfortunately they found group b strep in my urine which puts the baby at risk at delivery. I was bad and looked online today about this which totally triggered a crying meltdown and more anxiety... I am trying to relax and not stress about things I can't control but we all know that is much easier said than done. I go back next week for a repeat fetal fibronectin test and u/s to check cervical length. Any thoughts/prayers/positive vibes are appreciated :)

QOTW: I was supposed to host Thanksgiving this year but that won't be happening anymore, my favorite parts are the stuffing and the cranberry sauce- yum!!

29w2d - which is crazy that I will be 30 weeks next week.  Only had an ob appt this week - got my TDAP shot (arm still hurts).  It took her awhile to find the heartbeats on the doppler - which scared me for a few minutes.   No appts. next week and than after that I have at least 1 Dr appt each week.  Work gave me a parking spot next to the door so I don't fall down walking from the far away parking lot during the winter months - so that is nice.

QOTW: We are going to one of my Aunts houses - I am making a pumpkin pie and cranberry sauce.  My fav food is turkey and stuffing.  :)

    Hi ladies!

I am 37w3d and feeling pretty good actually. I've recently had a lot more energy which is nice since I'm used to being so tired all the time. Guess my body is getting used to functioning on hardly any sleep since I pee 3-5 times a night! OB appt on Tues revealed I am beginning to dilate and cervix is 75 percent effaced. So we're moving right along!

Q: we go to my cousin's house every year for Thanksgiving. He does the turkey on a smoker and it's amazing. However I am still not eating meat, haven't been able to stomach it the whole pregnancy, so I will enjoy all the sides! My Nana's stuffing is my favorite.
    TTC since June 2011
DX: DH (30) severe MFI, severely low count & low motility
    Me (32): all clear
Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test :(

2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
    Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found :(
froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
    SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
    SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!

    Hey ladies!

I'm 30w6d today. So surreal, every weeks its amazing to think how far we've come. I had a OB appt wednesday, along with 3 hr gtt. Hoping that comes back normal, my emotions are all over the place so for me to be on a specific diet will add anxiety and stress to my already emotional life. OB appts are every two weeks and we have a growth u/s sched for dec 6. Labor and deliv tour dec 7. We have 3d4d u/s dec 14th. December is a busy month for us and will fly by. I am usually super excited about the holidays but to be perfectly honest I'm not in the spirit yet. I am so anxious about all that's going on, that I haven't eeven given the holidays much thought.

TTC Since 112010 Naturally. Diagnose:PCOS(ME) + Low Motility(HIM). Started IVF+ICSI Cycle 12312. ER 27 & ET 210 two embies transferred. *BFN 1ST IVF CYCLE.* **Getting as healthy as possible and will try IVFICSI#2 again hopefully in April.** -- HAVE FAITH; LET GO & LET GOD --

Holding steady at 31.5 weeks and have another appointment this Tuesday. After being overwhelmed last time with the news of a complete previa, I'm hoping to ask more questions this time about scheduling the C-section, etc. Last time my OB mentioned he wanted to schedule one at 38 weeks, but thought I would likely only make it 35 or 36 so trying to figure out what our plan will be and finalize maternity leave with work.

QOTW: How will you be spending Thanksgiving and what is your favorite holiday food?!!!!

MY MIL and step-FIL will be here Tues-Saturday. I've honestly never been big on Thanksgiving, but luckily DH loves to do turkey and all the fixings. And....since I am supposed to be taking it easy so they don't put me on bed rest again, I get to sit this year out and let everyone else do all the work :) Looking forward to mashed potatoes and green been casserole.....my favorite! And some yummy desserts too!

    Hello,
I will be 32 weeks this week. I got my c section scheduled for Jan 16 for 10am. I am happy I have a date and I can see the end. This pregnancy feels very long, mostly due to me worried about baby girl.

I am not sleeping well and taking care of dd is hard work. It is so cold, which makes is hard to go out and do things.

Thanksgiving we are seeing both sides of the family and my favorite food is cranberry sauce not from a can. It is tasty.
