2ww help

Ok S and I are both having a hard time this 2ww!!! She can't POAS until Dec. 3rd. I'm going bonkers!!!!! We had 4 good follicles and triggered. Had 30 million with 90% motility! iui over all was easier than usual. S has a difficult cervix as the doc says, but this time was much faster and he didn't seem to have to dig around as much as normal. Hoping that 7 is the lucky number!!!

Sooooo question is....how do you all keep it together during your 2ww. Hoping next weekend helps...but gotta get there!!!! Also...any thought on 4 follicles and the sperm sample?

Feeling so lost in all this now. Having a feeling we might get twins EVENTUALLY and if so a boy/girl combo. I've been pintrest crazy with baby nursery ideas!

Ugh..hate the 2ww. We tried to stay as busy as possible,dates and visiting with friends helped. Also, with it being this time of year there should be lots of holiday distractions for you two luckily! Bake cookies, buy gifts, decorate, and pintrest is always fun haha

I think this is different for everyone. Be nice to each other and STAY busy! We try and stay out of the house and will spend a lot of time at target or the bookstore or running around! I am hoping 7 is lucky for you!

I am currently in my TWW and it is killing me. It is over in just 4 days (but I have started POAS...I can't help it). It is an all-natural cycle so there is no clomid to throw the results. About a week ago I was SURE that it worked this time.  Now, I do not know. Unfortunately I have been extremely stressed this time.

We have gone on walks with the dogs, cleaned the house (a lot), dug up a flower bed and redecorated, etc.  Also unfortunate is that M is out of town for four days right now so my distractions are limited to facebook, the bump, dvr'd shows, and any other housework I can think of.

My wife probably thinks I'm cheating!!! I find thebump updates to be the topic of convo while couch surfing in the evenings. She is addicted to "the walking dead" series and has been hard core watching it on netflix and then......I bump. During breaks at work....I...bump. I might have an addiction! I feel like I already know so many of you even though I don't. It is such a great feeling of community and understanding! I'm a teacher and all these young newly wed teachers who are popping babies out left and right say its in the water. Maybe I should bottle it and take it to s! Come on babies!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh I hated the TWW. But your stats sounds really good. Here's to a BFP for you in a the near future :-)  We tried to stay busy and calm as possible. I found that planning outrageous trips, or other big projects was a great distraction. Anything to keep me talking about something other than "did I feel pregnant yet".  I avoided baby stuff though except Bumping because it reminded me of how badly I wanted one of my own ;-)

I am a teacher as well.  Except it isn't new teachers popping out the babies, it is the students. I love nothing more than seeing a preggo 15 year old running around like she has a new toy and stating "I just don't know how this happened"  =;

My wife, too, is a huge WD fan. I am not. So I play fb games and Bump-Stalk like nobodies business. After pinning a million nursery ideas and searching name suggestions, I then babble to her about everyone online and she just rolls her eyes....lovingly, but rolls them nonetheless LOL )

I guess she figures there are worse things for me to "stalk."

LOL...No. I live in Florida. I work at a high school. I use to teacher English II but now I am (here goes my long list of titles and jobs I do) a Teacher on Assignment: Admnistrative Intern, Testing Coordinator, Activities Director, & Senior Mentor...lots to do, except for today I have a lot of free time, so I bump LOL

If you are ever on and so am I, please feel free to bump away with me!

The 2WW suuuuuuucks... Just take it one day at a time and know that you won't get any results until testing day, anyway, so try to relax and let what will be, be.  I'll be cycling with you soon!  I have my next IUI tomorrow Good luck!!!

Awhhh good luck! Fingers crossed for u. We JUST found out S company is switching insurance co and we are getting screwed!!!! Not cool. We loose the decent insurance in jan. Deduc. Going from $500 to $2000!!!! Noooottttt cool!

Your numbers sound great!

I'm coming to the end of my very first TWW (AF due on Tuesday) and I can say that it has been a pretty tortuous time. Analyzing every "symptom", POAS or resisting the urge to POAS, to finally losing hope that this cycle has worked since I have my classic pre-AF symptoms right now.

Since I got through the first full week, this 2nd week has been much easier to distract myself with random things like projects at home, planning for Thanksgiving, and planning a strategy for our next cycle. Weirdly enough, I have found more peace during this TWW in planning for our next cycle than any of the other distractions.

Church activities have also kept us pretty busy and engaged during this time. So I guess my advice would be to keep yourself busy during the first week, and the second week gets much easier, at least in my limited experience.

Hopefully Thanksgiving week will provide a nice distraction for you guys!

@AandStilltrying and @Shelly2314 - I am constantly bumping!  I was before, but more so now that I'm off after my surgeries.  It is much easier to keep up when I don't have anything else pressing to do...like work

We won't be trying again until January, but I'm already not looking forward to the TWW.  I'm generally ok until day 10.  Then I lose it because I know that is the earliest we could possibly know.  No matter how busy I kept myself, whether or not I was pregnant was still in the back of my mind at all times. 

@AandStilltrying - I hope this cycle is your BFP!  It sounds like all the numbers are on your side!

@StacyLH24....I agree. I just hit day 10 yesterday and, stupidly, I could not resist the urge any longer.  Sigh. All I can do is shake my head at myself and then I said I should "punish" myself and not test tomorrow LOL

@shelly2314 - After testing on day 10, I would promise myself I wouldn't test again...that didn't work .  This past cycle I did only test two times.  I'm not sure what will happen when we try again.
