Spitting up whole milk

We're slowly introducing our 12 month old to whole milk. He drinks it fine, though slower due to being shocked by its coldness. Afterwards, sometimes minutes, sometimes hours (after nap), he'll spit up. This happened both when drinking it straight and mixed with formula.
Also, he's started having what looks like a rash on each side of his mouth...I was wondering if rosasia (sp), but now wondering if it's milk related because it did start about that time.

This doesn't really seem like a tough one. If he's spitting up the milk whenever you give it to him and he has a rash that started with the milk transition...it's probably the milk. Talk to your pediatrician. In the meantime, either go back to formula for a bit or switch to something like soy or almond milk.
