Low lying placenta

The nurse at my fetal specialist told me in my last visit that my placenta was low lying and that we would need to keep an eye on it .... I am curious how many of you have had this issue ? And did it move up as you progress or move over the cervix ?

    I had a low lying placenta for this pregnancy that gradually moved away from my cervix as I got further along. I had regular ultrasounds for cervical length and doctor checked the placenta position until it was no longer an issue.  How far along are you?
