Sporadic spotting?

Has anyone ever had this? I had an emergency csection, stopped bleeding 2 weeks pp, and I'm now 10 weeks pp. I had spotting for one day about 3 weeks ago and now today I've had the same thing, spotting for the day and now it's gone. Sorry if this is TMI but it's light red/pink. I haven't had any other bleeding except this so I don't think it's my period. Any ideas?

    I'm almost 9 weeks pp and still spotting inconsistently too. Colors keep changing and some days there's some or none. It's so annoying.

    -My step-daughter is 12 years old.

    -BFP #1 on 9/2/12, D&C 10/18/12 no heartbeat on US @ 10 weeks.

    -BFP #2 on 1/7/13, R was born on 9/22/13 via C-Section
