Also, my mom's been having gall bladder issues, and we found out today that she's having surgery tomorrow, so that's on my mind, too.

Thank you all so much for propping me up when I need it most!  Being all alone fighting a fight it seems no one has fought before, it starts to feel like maybe we are the problem.  It really helps to hear that you all believe we are on the side of right and we aren't blowing things out of proportion.  I love you all for helping me sort things out, keep them in perspective, and most of all, providing me with strength when I need it most!

Holy guacamole, Cap'n! Too much. Hopefully this suit will bring them to their senses. I know teachers often don't get the support they need, but for school districts to refuse a reasonable request for a child with special needs BOGGLES THE MIND.

I just wanted you to know my mom's on your side too. I gave her a brief background, and she was all, "Hell no! I'd sue!" She's sending prayers for strength your way.

I just wanted you all to know that my Mom seems to have come through her surgery fine. I haven't talked to her yet, but there were no complications, and she's cleared for discharge tonight or tomorrow, as she wishes.
