Sorry for my post on weight gain yesterday. My intent was not to stir up drama, offend you, or get attention. Yes I realize I offended you, so I apologize. This Q was asked on my previous BM club that I belonged to last year, and it didn't cause any issues at all. I guess all boards are different. Sensitive subjects are not appropriate here for this BM.

I did not get offended but I do think the question is pointless. However, I think it is a very nice gesture at your end to apologize to the group.

Thanks for apologizing instead of getting all defensive.  Weight gain is a very sensitive topic... it's not just about too much, but some are very worried about too little gain and even still losing weight. 

I haven't gotten past my adolescent insecurities about weight gain, so I hate the topic as a whole.  Some jokes here and there are OK, but poundage makes me twitchy.

Really appreciate the well-worded apology Like PPs said, you were able to get across where you were coming from without any backhanded comments (which is rare around these parts!) I overall wasn't offended by you, just twitchy with the subject. Regardless, thanks for the apology.

This was nice! I don't get affected by weight ?'s, but I think we all have insecurities in some way.
Now boobs on the other hand... That's fair game Hehe...;)
