going back to work after baby

Hello All!!

Is this the most stressful part or what?! I have been emailing people from childaction.org like crazy and trying to do my research but this is by far the most difficult thing! My job has unpredictable hours and my schedule will only come out the thursday before the actual week! I haven't had baby yet but am due soon and then my maternity will be up soon after that and I am going crazy trying to figure all this out! Any suggestions or comments?!

Are you looking for daycare? Sorry.... your post wasn't too clear. If you are, I would suggest care.com. They have nanny's that you could possibly use that would work around your schedule?
