Delivery with Degenerating Fibroid?

Not sure where else to post this, there seems to be a lot of posts about fibroids during pregnancy but nothing about delivery.  I have a VERY painful degenerating fibroid, it brings tears to my eyes to cough or sneeze, let alone the constant pain of just sitting still.  I'm wondering if anyone has delivered with this issue and how it affected them?  I'm having BH contractions and every time it squeezes the fibroid, I am in excruciating pain and I'm sure this is a mere glimpse of what it will feel like during labor.   Any thoughts/experiences? (I am 31 wks)
