Brushing your LO's teeth

If your LO has started teething, do you brush them after each feeding? My son has 2 teeth that have come threw the gums, but aren't fully in yet. I have started brushing them with a baby toothbrush (no toothpaste) before bed. I have read that you should brush the teeth and gums after each feeding. I'm wondering if I should be brushing more often?
