11 weeks Size 0-3 clothes, but I need to move him into 3-6m sleepers bc he's so long. And 3-6m socks just fall off his giant feet. We CD but my backup emergency disposables are size 1. He's probably a little over 12 lb and just over 2 ft long.

Both my guys were big infants! Ds1 was always off the charts big as well but is now just a slightly larger/taller than average 2 year old!

This is exactly us. Alex is 11 weeks, size 2 diapers (but they're getting a little small. We're trying to use up the pack before moving up to 3's). We've had to move up to 9-month sleepers to fit him in length.

My girl is long and lean. 15 weeks and probably 15-16 lbs. 6-9 month for length but 3-6 month fit her waist better. Size 2 diapers but the tabs still touch so no where near a 3 yet. She is going to be a tall one.

We CD. He us in 3 month in Carter's but his sleepers are getting tight, especially with the fluffy bum.
At his 3 month appt he was 13lbs 9 oz and 25". Doctor said he was a tadpole - large head and long skinny body.

So before this post I thought DS was huge.  Maybe he is just growing too fast for my liking.  We are 13 weeks and size 2 diapers.  Just moved up about a week ago.  He fits the 3 months in Carter's perfectly. Have enough room to grow but it doesn't swallow him, so we will probably still wear it for another month or so. In Gap we are 0-3 months, especially in pants.  He has short little legs.   He was 12 lbs 23 inches at his 2 month check up so I know we have grown since then.  I would say we are probably around 13 lbs...but that is just a guess.

DD is 14 weeks on Friday and in a size 1 diaper and 3m clothes. Some 0-3 still fit but are starting to get tight so it looks like I have more clothes to pack up

Carters doesn't make 0-3, but she's in 0-3. Pants are newborn and are more like capris. She has not butt to hold up 0-3 pants. So she's been hanging out in sleepers a lot.

Little man is 16 wks today. Size 2 diapers and between 3 and 6 mo Carter's. His 3 mo fit around but barely snap for length and the 6 month are big around but fit length. I'm not sure his weight. Last check (3 mo) was 14 lb but he's definitely passed that.

She's probably around 12 pounds now.

Emma, my 19 month old has always been small. Born full term (39 weeks, 4 days) at 5 lbs 6 oz. she was in premie for 3 months and wore size 6 month at her 1st birthday. She is still small and finally wears 12 month

Will be three months on Friday. In size 1 diapers and 3 months (0-3) in Carter's clothes.

Eta: she was 10 lbs, 9 oz and 23 inches at her two month appointment.

LOs 12w on Saturday. Hes just over 15lbs now, 25.5 in, wears size 2 diapers (thinking size 3 soon), but still fits all his 0-3, 3 Carters clothes, except footie pajamas we're ready to size up cuz of length. I'm curious what everyones weight is, so many babies wearing 6-9 mth!!! My boys big, but clothes seem to be following his age.

13 weeks on Thursday. She seems to be kind of right on the line between 0-3 and 3-6 months depending on the article of clothing. I just moved her BG 4.0s up a snap from the lowest rise. I start to get upset every time I think about how much she's grown already...

15 wks on Thursday. She just started wearing sz 2 diapers though they're a little big and clothing she's in 3 mths and 3-6 mths. It's tough because the 3 mths clothes are wide enough but the arms/legs are too short so she really won't be able to wear those much longer. She's a long and slim little girl!

officially 3 months last tuesday- 14 weeks today.  My little girl is so tall.  I should have expected it, really- I'm 5'9 and my husband is 6'3.  We have a system.... and luckily we live in CA so its not terribly cold- She's really slender- even a lot of 3 month stuff is wide on her, 0-3 is the right width.  If the outfit has feet attached it has to be 6 months.  If the outfit has legs it can be 3 month but it will be above her ankles, and 3 month "pants" are adorable capris. 
She moved into size 2 diapers at halloween- they are too big but they contain her blowouts a little better- because they are taller in the back.  I enjoyed reading this whole post- I can't believe how fast these little babies are growing.  I love my little girl so much more everyday- its amazing.  She'll be walking before I know it!

2.5 months (will be 12 weeks on Thursday). 

I am not sure how much he weighs at this point. 

He has been wearing his 3 month Carters for awhile and can fit into 3-6 months in other brands. He wears some 6 month clothing (mainly shirts) but the pants are so long on him! I suspect we will be in that size within the next month. 

Size 2 diapers, Size 3's during the night (for absorption).
