Ladies I am in a major recipe funk. Please share your favorite recipe or recipes! I feel bad for MH, it seems like if he wants a decent meal he has to cook it himself. I know if I start rolling out decent dinners a couple times a week it will help me feel like I've somewhat got my shit together.

Can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1-2 lbs of cooked, shredded chicken
Bag of frozen mixed veggies (partially thawed)
Double pie crust (at room temperature)
Seasonings to taste
Heat oven to 350. Line pie plate with one crust and bake for 5-10 minutes. Mix all ingredients and dump in. Season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Add top crust and pinch together. Cut a slit to vent. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Easy peasy. I'm cooking it right now.

This was my dinner tonight! But I made it 'zesty' by adding italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire. So easy!

1 egg
1 cup water
Mix all ingredients together.
Smoosh into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
