Over here we say "this Sunday" as in the 24th and "next Sunday" will be the 1st.

Yes, next week includes the 1st so we would say the 1st of December is next week.

I really don't get how that is confusing ... This Sunday is the 24th and next Sunday is the 1st.. Therefore I am due next Sunday .. Wow

Anyway wish I never wrote anything now I guess il be excited on my own..

Apparently I felt I needed to wash some more of the baby's stuff ..at 3am (wtffff) .. so I'm awake and still the same! No worse. Phew.

I fell asleep at 4 and I'm pretty sure I woke myself up sleep walking but I'm not entirely sure? Lol going to try to go back to sleep untill Jordan gets home at 7. Glad they didn't get worse at least. Get some sleep mama! Goodnight I-)

She's technically right; she never said 'we are due in a week' which is seven days, she said due next week; and some people count Sunday as a part of the week (even here) so it counts.

Wow certainly wasn't expecting this post to cause such debate and confusion ..
We do start our weeks on Mondays sorry I wasn't aware it was started on different days in different places
Anyway all I was trying to say was I woke up this morning like F*#k I'm due next week (starting my week today)

My calendar is set up to view from Sunday-Saturday, so I guess I think that way. Our real start of the week in regards to work and school in Monday of course, but Sunday is the first day on the calendar, so Sunday is when I start saying "this week" for the week ahead until the next Saturday.

I just hope that by saying we're due next week we're not skipping over Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is next week and I can't wait to eat stuffing, mashed potatoes and PIE.

@tarashea721 hmmm interesting I did not know that....makes sense though. I always went by Monday because that's when banks were open again and my day off was, food service stinks for having a weekend.
