Securing TV

We're about to move a TV upstairs -about 45 inches or something like that and flat screen.

It will be sitting on a stand, but probably not as wide or heavy as the one we have downstairs so we want to secure it to a wall. Has anyone come across a really good product to do that?

You can get TV straps that attach to the TV stand too.

We have had to secure TV's for my clients.  I found that bolting it into the stand is always easy.  If its close to a wall you can use "L brackets" to secure it like you would if you were wall mounting it.  If the stand is your concern, we made sand bags and I covered them with a decorative fabric and set them on the base of the tv and the stand so it was more sturdy.
