I'd assume someone with any of those three names was over the age of 50.
Other than that, I really can't think of any "stereotypes." I've only ever heard them on white women, but I also grew up in the whitiest of whitey white areas in the country.
Annette - overdone version of Anne. Actress Annette Benning
Anita - girl I knew of Spanish descent (she and her family were fluent) She was kind of annoying, not that that says anything about the name. One of my moms dear friends is named Anita (late 60s or early 70s)
Nadine - no association comes to mind, but I don't like the sound of it. Too nasal-y or harsh or something
2012: Lost "Peanut" at 17weeks to PTL/IC.
2013: IVF#3/FET#4 Elisabeth CJ born April 30, 2014 Cerclage, P17, and 3 months of bed rest brought us our Rainbow.
I've only known one Annette, older woman but real nice.
I actually like all three! Anita my least so because I feel like it more has a cultural connection (to what don't ask me lol) but just feels foreign. Random I know.
I like Nadine, Annette, then Anita in that order. Anita always reminds me of West Side Story and I'm not really a fan because I feel it works better on adults than little girls. I love love love Nadine. It was on my short list but we nixed it because it is too rhymey with our last name.
My name, that I have hated since I was like 8, is Anita. I don't go by it, and haven't since I was 10. It was also my mother's name. I don't really like any of the three.
Have you thought about Anya, Willa, Amelia, Eliza, Angelina, Nadia or Elena...just some ideas.

Anita just reminds me of 101 Dalmations! But I still like it. Prefer Alita, though.
I don't like Nadine. I think of a tacky lady with too-long nails.

Anita- Anita Blake books. I just could not go there with that reference stuck in my head.
Nadine- From Stephen King's The Stand- baaaad association for me. Again, not a reference I'd want in my head for a baby name.

Annette is pretty I think. Also, she could go by Anne too.
I don't love Nadine.
Anita is my mothers name so I immediately think of someone in their 60's.
Nadine seems trashy to me as well. I first associate it with The Stand and then there was a white trash character with that name on Guiding Light.
Out of all them, I think Nadine is the only one I can see on a child.
I like all three
Annette- one of my best friends
Nadine- not used often spelled correctly
Anita- west side story! I like it
I also love Antoinette and antonia
