Weekend plans?

Nothing too exciting here. It's finally starting to feel like fall (60s!) and it's cloudy with a chance of rain. Hopefully we'll do something outside to get C's energy out!

Allie is going to a parent's night out. We are doing nothing tonight. We were going to have family pictures tomorrow, but it was canceled. I am making a list of foods for thanksgiving and a Christmas gift list. I am about to go crazy.

I need to make a gift list. My mom asked for a $$ portable speaker for my brother and I to buy together, but when I asked him about it, he had already gotten her something else. We can't afford to spend a ton on one gift but I feel guilty not buying her what she wants, especially since they always spend way too much on us. Ugh.

Just a quiet weekend here...home today (car is in the shop) and tomorrow we go over to my inlaws' house. S and I baked pumpkin cookies with maple cream cheese frosting just for fun. She kept saying "my hands are all spicy" after spilling some cloves and cinnamon. Now she's running around playing dress up and raiding my make-up stash while the twins sleep. Being 2 is fun.

Super boring here. Husband is working (just like every.single.other.day.ever) so it's me and the boys at home. Sadly it's raining and foggy here so we've been inside all day. We had a picnic lunch on the floor and almost all the toys are strewn about. I did bake two loaves of bread, but have no ideas for dinner.

Hung out at the beach and picked up some lobsters for dinner. Yum!
