Quadrilla marble run?

DS loves the marble run toy at preschool. I was thinking it would make a great Christmas present from the grandparents. I was originally going to get a plastic one for $25ish. Then I came across the quadrilla and think it would be so much better! Anyone have one of these? The reviews seem great, but it's so expensive! This one would be $125! Grandparents only have a $50 budget so I'd be footing the rest of the bill (which I'm okay with). Just trying to decide if it's actually worth spending so much more on.
