Went in today because of cramps and some brown spotting and after a pelvic exam and a ultrasound and back and forth between the dr's and hospital. There was no heartbeat and the yolk sac had shriveled up and the gestational sac had shrunk back to the 6 weeks size. They expect me to naturally miscarry over the weekend. We are completely devastated.
