This is a post for sympathy. For the last. 3 hours I have been puking up my guts. I got the crud Nancy brought home from daycare. So happy the DH isn't traveling this week . Bad news I can't even keep down water . I am trying to pump still but I am afraid of dehydration . Okay, I am finished and going to try to sleep

And the DH just said he is starting to feel bad too!!!! This sucks! I have kept down 6 sips of water! That is an improvement

Ugh that sucks!  I find water really hard on my stomach when I'm sick.  Do you have anything else?  Popsicles? Soup?  Try just a teeny tiny sip every 10 minutes.  Hope you feel better soon
