Teething and sleeping - the drool!

LO is super drooly - her bottom 2 teeth came through and she has more that'll probably be through in a few days. Problem is, she keeps choking on the saliva. Naps don't last long because she coughs and it wakes her up, and she's been coughing in MOTN too. She has always slept on her back, but I'm wondering if we should try prone. For mobile bumpies, she's 4.5 mos. Btdt mamas, anything I could try that worked for you?
