Lump?

I'm waiting for the pediatrician's office to open, but thought I would ask anyway.

It feels like there is a small lump under DD's nipple. Only on one side. Not red, but it does look slightly swollen. She doesn't act like it hurts when I touch it.

I know it is common in newborns due to hormones, but she is 4 months. Still normal??

Not sure here either, but I hope everything's ok! I know baby acne is common in newborns, and DS still has it. I think hormones can definitely still play a role.

Thanks ladies! Her pediatrician said it is probably normal, but we are going in tomorrow to be sure.

@42Butterflies she said it is perfectly normal until around age 2 as long as it isn't red, doesn't get bigger, and doesn't seem painful. My poor little baby had her first breast exam! lol
