Progesterone numbers after IUI

Hey Ladies,

Went in today 8dpIUI for blood work to check my progesterone levels. The nurse just called saying its 17.something. I've been looking online and it appears anything over 15 is good. Does this mean because its not that high that this is a failed IUI cycle? I hate to be negative because I still have one more week before I test, but google gives the good and bad. Any advice or suggestions?
Me 29 DH 30 Unexplained IF TTC since wedding May 2012. IUI #1 11/5/13-BFN.  IUI #2 12/5/13-BFN. IUI #3-12/30/14. All three with Femara CD 3-7 and Ovidrel trigger. +HPT 1/13/14 First +ever!!! Beta #1 195 Beta #2 1/15-533. Ultrasound on 2/4 showed one bean. EDD 9/22/14. Team Green turned Team Blue-Baby Conner arrived on 9/19/14.

    Not at all, I don't think that progesterone level predicts whether your cycle will work, unless it's too low to sustain your LP for implantation. Sounds like yours is OK, good luck!

    Thanks @rox825. I think I want this to work so badly that I keep finding ways to think I screwed something up. I know I shouldn't be like this and my DH keeps trying to remind me that what is done is done.

    I don't know much about IUI but my progesterone has been around 5 and so I would say it looks definitely better than mine. Good luck!

    Are you on any progesterone support?  The progesterone level mainly just lets you know if you had a strong ovulation or not, it doesn't really mean the IUI did or didn't work.  They want it to be at a certain level, so that the potential implantation/pregnancy can be sustained. 
    Me: 30/Moderate Endometriosis/Bicornuate Uterus
    DH:  34/Perfect

    TTC #1
    June '11 - Lap + Hysteroscopy to remove endo + polyps
    July '11 - July '13:  TTC naturally
    Aug '13 - RE tracked natural cycle/Began aggressive approach
    Oct 10, '13:  Lap + Hysteroscopy #2 to remove endo + polyps + endometrioma
    11/5/13 - IUI #1 (Femara + Follistim + HCG Trigger + Progesterone) = BFN
    12/5/13 - IUI #2     (Femara + Follistim + HCG Trigger + Progesterone) - BFN
    Jan '14 - IUI #3     (Femara + Follistim + HCG Trigger + Progesterone) - BFN
    Feb '14 - Prepping for IVF #1...Begin BCP on 2/17

    My RE doesn't put you on progesterone support unless your blood work shows you need it. I keep telling myself she is the doctor she knows that she is doing. They said its fine so I have to remember to trust that.
