DD is going to be 6 months actual on Sunday (I can't believe it!) and she weighed 12 lbs 8oz at her weight check at the LC last week. I was wondering when others started solids with their preemies: did you use the adjusted age or actual age? We have her 6 month appointment next week and I'll ask her pedi about it, but I was curious to see what others have done. I didn't think I'd be excited to start solids, but with all the struggles we've had with my low milk supply I'm looking forward to trying another source of food even though I know solids are "just for fun till one."

Our pedi told us to wait till 6 months actual (everyone we know starts at 4m). We started solids (oatmeal) a couple days before 6 months. They loved it. It took them a while to get the hang of it.
