where to find long pants with adjustable waist

My cousin has twin girls who are tiny little tooth picks with long legs lol I'm trying to help her find jeans for them but we haven't had a lot of luck! I know The Children's Place has some but they're not long enough and if we go up a size bigger, the waist is too big even when adjusted to the smallest button... any suggestions?

I believe that old navy has some with the adjustable waist once you get into toddler sizes. Not sure if their pants are long enough.

My DD has really small waist and I ended up using the Dapper Snapper on pants with belt loops. It is the only way I can get pants that are long enough to stay up. I got mine at amazon.com. It is like an elastic strip with snaps. You just put it on the back half of the pants to hold them tight.

Old Navy and Gap do adjustable waist pants in toddler sizes. I think I actually have some Gap jeans with an adjustable waist that are 18-24 mo.

DD1 has always been tall and thin and she prefers to wear leggings and dresses. She hardly ever wears jeans/pants. I think it's because jeans have just never fit her very well. DD2 is also tall and thin and she is starting to wear more leggings and dresses, too.

Levi and Denizen jeans make skinny versions that also have adjustable waists. Ralph Lauren and Epic jeans fit skinny and long IME.

DD1 is very tall and thin.  I actually find that leggings stay on better than the adjustable waist pants.  Another idea (if you sew) is to take in the waists so that you have the length with a smaller waist.
