No-poo

Who was it that recently went no-poo?  @kitchencolors?  @kellybellybean?  I can't remember.  If you've kicked the poo, I want your beginners' tips.  I'm so sick of my dry hair!  It's lovely on the days I DON'T shower, so I'm pretty sure the shampoo is the problem.  TIA
