Loads of friends & family were warning me pre-pregnancy about toxoplasmosis induced miscarriages and issues from the our cat and now that I'm pregnant I won't lie, I'm a little worried. Has your OB said anything? Mine simply advised me not to change the littler myself and always wash up after I stroke her.

I have cats and I was just told not to clean the litter box. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
