Hi Ladies!
I don't know how I didn't know this board existed. I'm from the PAIF board (after graduating from the IF Board), so I actually already know a few of you. I'm now 14 weeks with twins after our IVF cycle. I'm so ecstatic to be expecting these twin rainbow babies, but am so physically miserable from all the symptoms at the same time! So, I might whine a little - please forgive me in advance. We're supposed to find out genders in 4 weeks, and I'm just so excited I keep having dreams. But in my dreams, the babies come out already walking and talking - and I'm shocked. Even in my dream, I know this doesn't compute, LOL!
Right now, I'm having awful sciatica in my right hip that started a couple of days ago. So, any recommendations to ease that up would be more than welcome! It's so unbearable, I actually broke down and took Tylenol this morning for the 1st time in this pregnancy. Hoping it eases up.
Anyway, so happy to be with you ladies over here, and excited to glean wisdom from moms who are farther along in this journey than I. I have SO much to learn, and I'm pretty sure it's mostly gonna be one of those 'learn-as-you-go' things.

Re: Intro... Make room for 1 more? ;)
I'm 14 weeks tomorrow...due 5/13 with di/di twins - will probably deliver around 4/28ish.
I've had a lot of bad hip/back pain this pregnancy and hot showers work (and I just had a pregnancy massage and they really worked on that area). Some yoga stretches have been helpful. Some people swear by chiropractic work (I've gotten relief from chiropractors, just not when pregnant). There are some trained to do body work on people who are pregnant, but definitely ask your OB first.
Hang in there. I hope it eases soon and that the tylenol helped a bit.
I have an older DD (2) and I still feel like I'm flying by the seat of my pants with this pregnancy.
I had some hip pain with my duo that seemed to go away after they were born and it has come back with this single pregnancy. OB recommended chiropractor that can treat pregnant ladies.
I'm a skeerdy cat as I've never been to chiro, but it's getting beyond Tylenol when it flares up on a rough day. Good luck!
