Where to you celebrate and what do you typically have on your Thanksgiving table? Is everything homemade, restaurant catered, or boxed/canned? Anything new this year?
Where: Thanksgiving is always at my parents house.
Menu includes: turkey Tofuky roast and/or veggie lasagna (for me and my hubby but others enjoy it, too) stuffed mushrooms (I developed an allergy to mushrooms so I can no longer indulge GRRRR!) cole slaw stuffing made in a tray, not inside the turkey (just always the way my mom makes it) mashed turnips roasted veggies or brussel sprouts and onions mashed potatoes (some years) cranberry sauce dinner rolls pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing pumpkin pie
Homemade/other: everything is homemade except the dinner rolls, they are from Costco
New: If I have to time and can find the recipe, I may make lentil stuffed cabbage
For us it's different different years depending on if my family is in town hosting out of town friends/family or out of town.
If here we go to my inlaws to visit then my family for dinner
Food is different each place: Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce at each
My side does more fresh and cooked veggies, my inlaws is more casseroles
BUT there's two things I must have so if going to my inlaws or if my families not making it I make a broccoli and cheese casserole, and fresh cranberry relish!!
We do Thanksgiving at my parents house every year.

Wow I never really realized how much we make until I wrote it all down. My Mom makes the Turkey and the Ham. My Dad is strange and doesn't really care for Turkey so she makes him a ham as well. She also makes the stuffing. I make all the pies and my sister, aunt and I divide up most of the sides and appetizers.
Menu includes: Cheese ball turkey stuffing- not in the turkey mashed potatoes creamed corn sweet potatoes green beans cranberry sauce rolls pumpkin pie birthday cake (my brother's birthday is the day before)
Homemade/other: We make everything, but the cheese ball and rolls.
