Day 5: Arms

Today is a rest day!

Sorry for not posting this earlier ;)

My challenge to you is to eat more spinach. I blend it into my smoothie every morning (a whole blender full) and start my day off with more energy. Spinach is a very versatile food and blends well and creamy and I promise you can barely taste it in smoothies. It's a great source of Vitamin A, iron, dietary fiber, calcium, antioxidants and other good stuff.
