SIL is here so we haven't shopped yet but here is my theory on our menu. We usually start on Sunday but since she's here, we ate out tonight.
Mon We want to have a nice at home dinner with SIL since the kids are restauranted out. Stuffed leg of lamb, roasted brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes, chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting. They taste like neapolitan ice cream
Tue Lamb tikka masala (sort of) over basmati rice, red pepper shallot curry
Wed Chicken noodle soup, homemade bread
Thu Leftover soup and bread
Fri chicken pot pie (the secret to my chicken broth is to boil more chicken than needed for soup and use the rest in something else)
Sat Out at Nando's. It's a meat filled week, I see. That is not typical. I must be feeling anemic.
Then and now. How did my boy get so big?

Mon - Fish and steamed veggies with rice
Tues - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and bread
Wed - Leftover lasagne from the freezer (I made entirely too much last week)
Thur - WW pasta with pancetta, garlic, onions and fresh tomatoes
Friday - Meatballs since I never got them last week
Saturday - I may just eat bacon all day since I crave it constantly
Tonight - dinner out at an Italian place with my parents.
Tomorrow - roasted pork tenderloin with asparagus and butternut squash risotto (frozen TJ's brand)
Wed - friends coming over for dinner so I need to decide something ASAP. Maybe a green chile chicken casserole?
Thurs-Sat - freedom for me!
