Crib rail covers?

Anyone use these? DD has taken to biting on the crib rail now that she can pull herself up. She doesn't do it all the time, but I was thinking about getting one. Good experiences? Bad experiences?

We had similar ones. They helped but didn't eliminate it. DS would just push them over and chew, lol. His crib basically looks like he tried to escape, Shawshank-style.
