No idea what's going on!!

I had may daughter Sept.3 2013 I also have a 2 year old (turned two yesterday). 

I've always had problems with my knees since a bad car accident in 2009, one night October 21st, 2013 my daughter and I fell down the stairs, she has to fractures at the back of her head, and I have a badly injured knee so bad that the orthopedic took blood out of my knee, and still waiting to see what I did to it.  I've been fighting with the fact that my own body betrayed my daughter and I. I haven't been wanting to be left alone, i've been wanting almost constant company. and feel very emotional.  I don't understand why i am so emotional unless i'm dealing with postpartum and depression of this.  Has anyone else delt with this?

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. Please call your OB as soon as possible to talk about how you are feeling. It could be PPD and there are lots of options to help you feel better. I hope your DD and you are doing better soon.

I am so very sorry! Like PPs have said call and talk to your OB- being a new mom again and having an accident like that can absolutely cause some stress and possibly PPD. It can't hurt to call and talk to him/her and find out.
