How long, if at all, does it take for breasts to settle down after weaning baby off the breasts? I went from a B cup to a G and cannot wait for these suckers to GO AWAY!
I went from a 34D to 38DD and since weaning am now a 36C. (Yay for droopy boobs...). It took about 3 wks after my last pump to feel 100% normal again. Never thought I'd be so happy to put on an underwire bra again!

In Canada, the government pays for breast reductions & lifts if you qualify & my dr has already approved me but she says they won't do it until I'm done having kids they have lost so much elascity & droop so much. I could not function without underwire!
Ok I'm intrigued (and jealous!). Why would the Canadian govt pay for a boob job? Or why would your Dr say you need one if your just sagging from having babies?
You have to have medical reason here. I have large (34h per baby, 38h/I nursing) breasts and they cause serious shoulder /back problems. So once I am done having children and get into shape I will see ifi qualify. And not sure about what pp said about the lift. It may have changed, but friends of mine who have had it simply got a reduction, and minor lift, but not a true augmentation lift.

You need medical reason & I believe each province is different. From the list my province provides, I have all the qualifying reasons. My dr did not say I need one, I just asked if I could get one & she said yes. Going from a B to a G is a pretty big jump.
If your boobs grow a lot after kids and you are a small frame it can lead to a lot of back trouble and also neck problems if your posture sucks from heavy boobs. My mom had a reduction in her 40's and it totally fixed her neck problems.

I'm 5 feet tall & my posture is crap. I hate how big they are. My mom had a reduction covered by Canadian healthcare as well. My back goes numb if I don't wear a bra & I can't do pre-pregnancy workouts because of the size. The bounce is too painful.
