growth spurts are no joke!

So I'm almost positive little man is going through his first growth spurt! Yesterday he ate Luke a pig. If he wasn't napping he was being fed! And now today, if he's not sleeping, he's either super fussy or eating an ounce more than I normally give him. My in laws are in town for the weekend and want to hold and cuddle him but the only person he wants is me! I'm beyond exhausted between feeding, pumping, and trying to keep him content. This is day two of the growth spurt...please tell me there. Is an end in sight....

DS hit his growth spurt last night- it's been fun.  Just fed him 4 times in 2 hours and he finally conked out.  We'll see how long that lasts...

We are going on day three of what I am convinced is a growth spurt. You are not alone. Hope it passes quickly for us all!

My son went through a small one at one week, and it was over after a couple days. Only problem is my body never really re-calibrated, and my let down seems to be on hyper overdrive still. He spits up almost every feeding now because he pigs out and over-stuffs himself too quickly. Sigh.

Ours went through this at 3 weeks and it was the hardest week ever. I stopped pumping because there was no time for it . Now at 4 weeks it started happening again... But today was better. Hang in there!
