Hi all, does anyone know the best exercise to get ur pelvic floor back into a decent state!? Midwives all say the lift and squeeze like ur stopping ur urine mid flow but iv been on the net and saw a lot of things they say not to do this??? Also I don't leak when laughing, coughing ect but iam finding it alittle hard to hold my urine completely mid flow, is this normal? I had a vaginal delivery 12 days ago and my baby was 8lb 8!
