Late Term and Child Loss

TTCAL Check In

Welcome to TTCAL CheckIn!

I hope I can find you all well and positive this week! Please don't be shy in asking the PGAL/PAL ladies questions if you have them. Lots of baby dust on all of you!

Where are you in your TTCAL journey?

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?

QOTW: After your Loss, how long were you told to wait before TTC? Did you wait just the recommended time frame or have you waited longer to start?

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?

Re: TTCAL Check In

  • Where are you in your TTCAL journey?
We are currently TTA while I recover from a c-section and while we try to get some answers, if possible, about what may have caused our loss.
Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?
We met with the geneticist this week, and both DH and I are having blood work done. For now, just waiting for test results.
QOTW: After your Loss, how long were you told to wait before TTC? Did you wait just the recommended time frame or have you waited longer to start?
We were told to wait 6 months for my body to recover from the c-section, and we plan to wait at least that, if not longer. I want to get the genetic stuff figured out as well as having some time to grieve before getting pregnant again.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
Getting ready for Colton's memorial next weekend as well as anxious about the genetic testing.
