Hey new mom's! I just had my baby October 10th, any new moms out there from Binghamton? Im looking into mom and baby group to meet other moms and babies around the same age. Im on facebook if anyone has any suggestions. - Sarah Little
I tried finding you on FB, but no luck, so I'll comment here. There are a few fun ways to connect with moms here in BGM. Though your LO is a little young, there is a great lap sit story time at the Broome Public Library. It starts again Jan 20...look on their website for times since they're changing things up a little for the upcoming session. It's free and a lot of the people who go go on a regular basis, so it's a nice way to connect. People bring newborns through toddlers. I'm not sure how you feel about bringing a little one around toddlers during cold and flu season...but even if you were to wait a little, they offer it all year. Something I would also recommend is reaching out to the group Mothers and More. I didn't end up joining due to my own time constraints...but I met a few of the members and they are great!!!! Lastly, when your LO is a little older, Johnny Only is a musician who does an Hour of live children's music at highland park in endicott on wednesdays at 10. It's wildly popular!! I hope this helps!!
