Teething blister

Did your LO have a teething blister? DS has a molar coming in (seems like forever) and yesterday I noticed a white spot there. I assumed it was the tooth finally coming through. I felt it today and it's soft; it looks like a broken blister. It doesn't look infected or anything. Is this worth a pedi call or will it just clear up?
