Anyone in PA who can tell me about the quality of services?

We are looking into moving, possibly to PA, and I'm in charge of fact finding on services for DD. As of now she's getting stellar services (PT 5x/week, OT 4x/week, Speech/feeding 4x/week and 5 days of special ed classroom time (when not in a therapy session)) in NY. 

We're in the process of our CPSE evaluations now.

Can you tell me the caliber of therapy and what it's like working with the providers and coordinators?  I know that PA is a big state and it will vary place to place but just your experience will help.
